Zest-it ‘QuImp’ Millboard is a multimedia board handmade exclusively for us by Two Rivers Paper Mill. The Millboards are ‘hard sized’, of conservation quality and made from 100% rag, linen and cotton linters.

The hard sizing of our QuImp Millboard makes it excellent for multimedia. You do not need to further size the QuImp Millboard before use, even for Cold Wax and Oil painting!

The surface is completely random and unique to Two Rivers Paper Mill, this in turn gives a different and unique result to your own work. One or both sides of the Millboard can be used as they are identical.

They are Quarter Imperial (QuImp) in size which is 11” x 15” (approx 28 x 38 cm) x 3/16” thick (4mm).

Weight 600/750 lbs making it stable enough for plein air.

It is a Not almost Rough surface that accepts media without hesitation, this makes it an excellent choice for not only water based media, but also both the Oil and Cold Wax artist. If you make a mistake it can easily be removed from the surface without any detriment to the Millboard, although some colours may stain
